GrailDesk
Plans

Priced in pounds. The price you see is the price you pay.

Four plans. Every figure on every plan says where it came from: a sold price is a sold price, an asking price is an asking price, your own ledger is your own ledger. No plan ever buys, bids or lists on your behalf.

The small print, in plain words

Currency and taxPrices are in GBP and final. No VAT is added at checkout. If that ever changes, the price you see before you pay is still the price you pay.
Who can subscribeCustomers with a UK billing address at launch. Other countries follow once the tax registrations are in place. A checkout with a non-UK billing address is refunded in full.
TrialTrader comes with a 7-day free trial; a card is required and is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel first. Free is the way to try Collector. Founding Trader has no trial: it is a seat, and there are 100.
BillingThrough Stripe. Monthly plans renew each month, annual plans each year, until you cancel. You can change plan, update your card, see invoices or cancel at any time from Settings → Billing, which opens Stripe's own portal. GrailDesk never sees your card.
Cancelling and downgradingCancel at any time; the plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for and then drops to Free. Nothing is deleted. Rows above the Free limits stay exactly as they are; you simply cannot add more until you are back under the limits or on a paid plan again.
Failed paymentsStripe retries the card and emails you. You keep your plan for 7 days of grace; after that the desk drops to Free, with every row still there. Pay the open invoice and the plan comes straight back.
Your right to cancelUnder UK consumer law you have 14 days from a purchase of digital content to change your mind. Because GrailDesk gives you access straight away, you are asked at checkout to agree to immediate access and to accept that the 14-day right ends once the service starts. If you would rather keep that right, do not tick the box: write to us instead and we will set you up after 14 days.
What GrailDesk is notNot a price guide and not financial advice. Values are estimates built from your own sales, from eBay asking prices (always labelled as asking) and from sold prices you enter. Nothing in GrailDesk is a recommendation to buy, hold or sell, and nothing in it spends your money.

Full terms: terms of service. How your data is handled: privacy.
